Insulating Walls and Floor

Insulating Walls and Floor

We use Airmétic Soya polyurethane spray foam to insulate walls and floors. In addition to providing thermal insulation, this product acts as both an air and vapour barrier, three essential ingredients in optimal building insulation. Its chemical make-up and many advantages make it the ideal choice for environmentally conscious homeowners and building contractors.

Insulating Rafter Spaces and Attics

Insulating Rafter Spaces and Attics

We use Beno-Therm cellulose (blown cellulose fiber) to insulate rafter spaces and attics. It is made of recycled paper fibre. Minerals are incorporated into the product to make it fire and mould resistant. This state-of-the-art insulation creates a homogenous, seamless cushion, that prevents air from leaking through tiny cracks.

Financial Assistance for Home Renovations

If you own or co-own a home, you may be entitled to a RénoVert Tax Credit to insulate your roof, exterior walls, foundation and exposed floors.

Financial assistance is also available under the Quebec Ministry of energy and natural resources’ Rénoclimat program for residential and commercial renovation intended to reduce your long-term energy consumption.
